Of course, it all starts with a standard lease agreement. It is universal, the rest of the conditions are additions to the standard one.

3. RENTAL TAXES
This issue traditionally causes a lot of misunderstanding. However, you don't need to be afraid of taxes - if you pay them, then you don't care if your neighbors complain about you, if there are problems with the criminal Code, and so on. You do not need to hide and informally negotiate about something - you are completely in your right, and you can demand compliance with all laws and regulations!
There are 5 possible ways to pay taxes from renting an apartment. Three are common, and two are just "legally permissible", but not very used. Of course, we have calculated everything and made a conclusion for ourselves - which method of apartment rental taxation should we recommend to our friends and acquaintances.
